I want to personally thank everyone who has been a part of the BeKonstructive Marketing community this past year. 2022 has been a monstrous year for BeKonstructive Marketing, and we couldn’t have gotten through it without our team, our clients, our “brand advocates” (hi mum!), and our wider community of friends, family, and followers.
With so many uncertainties ahead of us at the start of 2022, I decided that I would spend the year focusing on what was within my control – the professional development of our team, our systems and processes, our strategic frameworks, and our own marketing.
“Continuous Evolution” was a phrase that became commonplace within our office, with me constantly asking the team – how can we do this better next time? What is one thing we can change to be more efficient, make a bigger impact, or reach more people?
We have spent the past week tallying up all the numbers for our BeKonstructive Wrapped campaign, and it fills me with so much joy to see what our team has accomplished for our clients this past year.
Our wrapped campaign focuses on all that we have achieved in the last 12 months – and while I want to celebrate, I also don’t want to sugar-coat. 2022 was no walk in the park; we fought for every millimetre of growth we achieved. We overcame continuing waves of Covid, economic uncertainty, a big (and unplanned) shift in the balance of work that we do between projects and managed services, on-going health issues and much more.
I am extremely proud of the team we have built, of the skilled marketers that they are becoming, and more importantly, of the absolutely amazing people they are. The way that they support each other and celebrate each other’s achievements blows me away each and every day that I come to work. As I look towards 2023, I am confident that BeKonstructive Marketing is backed by a skilled, motivated, and dedicated team, ready to take on the challenges that 2023 has to throw at us.
