Ironbark Building and Pest is a newly established business owned and managed by Dan and Tegan. They created their business after noticing a gap in the market for an all-in-one service provider that offers building inspections, pest control, and building repairs.

Ironbark Building and Pest’s aspires to work with couples and families who are buying or selling property, to make the building inspection process faster, less stressful, and more streamlined.

The marketing challenge.

When tasked with writing the copy for their new website, they got stuck with some of the messaging. How do they clearly communicate the full scope of their service offering, when people are so used to building inspections, pest control, and building repairs as being three separate businesses?

Add to that the challenge of SEO – Tegan knew their content needed to be optimised for Google, but she wasn’t sure where to start with that either. She had created a site map and started to write some content for each page but wasn’t confident doing the keyword research and on-page optimisation herself.

Our Strategic Approach:

We took the content that they had already started themselves, conducted an in-depth interview with them about their business, service offering, target marketing more. And then we helped flesh out their website content to make it more comprehensive and address the pain points of their target market.

We also conducted keyword research and a competitor analysis and using Semrush we optimised their new content for a series of keywords guaranteed to drive relevant traffic to their website.
