All social media posts come with an image, a caption/text and a group or researched hashtags to extend your reach and engagement. The posts can be delivered in a word doc or uploaded to your scheduling platform of choice (Facebook schedule tool, Later, Hoote Suite etc).

Our team can work with any existing templates or brand guidelines required.

What is Included:

You will receive 30 social media posts for the platform that you select. The posts will an image, a blurb / caption and a set of hashtags. For LinkedIn and Facebook posts, we may also include a link.

The content can be provided in a number of different formats – if you are already using a scheduling tool or platform such as Later, Hoot Suite or Facebook’s scheduling tool then we are more than happy to load the content directly to that platform. If you prefer to post your content manually, then we will load all of the content to a Google Drive folder for you to access as you require it.

If you have existing brand guidelines, fonts, colour pallets, templates and styles that you need the imagery to adhere to then just let us know and we will follow your guidelines.

The Process:

Once you have placed your order, you will be sent a link to an online questionnaire. The questionnaire is designed to tell us a bit about your brand, your business, your products / services and your target audience. It gives us the background information that we need to start planning and creating content for your social media account.

The questionnaire will take you 15-20 minutes to complete and you’ll also have the opportunity to provide us with your logos, style guide and any other relevant information that we need to know to get started.

Once you have completed the questionnaire, our team will get started – we will review your existing social media account, looking at the content you have posted previously, what gets the most amount of engagement etc. We’ll also check out what your competitors and other brands within your industry are doing, and what is or isn’t working for them.

We will then start compiling imagery, links and ideas – ideally, you will have supplied some imagery of your products/services that are unique to your business, and we will pad these out with royalty-free stock imagery, graphics and other designed content.

Once we have content for 30 posts, we will do some hashtag research, adding relevant hashtags to each post before we start loading the content to your publishing platform of choice (or a Google Drive folder). We will also provide you with a content calendar and for Instagram we will also provide a preview of what your feed/wall will look like once the content is published.

You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request changes to posts or content prior to them being published.

Our turn around for social media content is 5 business days from the date we receive your completed questionnaire.
