Caitlin Eddy is the Account Manager at BeKonstructive Marketing, overseeing client relationships while also playing a key role in the agency’s internal operations and systems. As the primary point of contact for clients, Caitlin ensures that marketing strategies are executed smoothly, timelines are met and communication remains clear and consistent. Alongside account management, she is heavily involved in optimising internal processes, helping the team deliver work efficiently and at a high standard. Having progressed through multiple roles within the business - from intern to social media and content marketing, through to account coordination and community management - Caitlin brings a well-rounded understanding of the agency’s services and how they work together. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing and Social Media Marketing) from The University of Queensland and is known for her analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to build systems that support both team performance and client outcomes.
