The Challenge
A business in the financial services space was running regular online webinars as a core part of their marketing and client engagement strategy. While the content was strong and the speakers well-regarded, the internal team were struggling to manage all the surrounding communications – from promotion to post-event wrap-up.
They needed a partner who could manage the full event comms lifecycle: helping boost attendance, streamline operations, and extract long-term value from each event.

Our Approach
We became an extension of the client’s team, overseeing the entire comms calendar around each webinar. This included:
- Creating the Eventbrite landing page and registration system
- Developing speaker media kits for co-hosts and promotional partners
- Writing and scheduling email invitations and reminders
- Designing and posting social media content
- Monitoring registration numbers and advising on additional promotion if needed
- Attending the webinar and creating content from the recording
Implementation Highlights
- Wrote, designed and launched branded Eventbrite listings for each event
- Created downloadable assets for speakers and partners to share with their audiences
- Built out a full email marketing sequence: invite, reminder, thank you, follow-up
- Captured the webinar recording and repurposed it into blog articles and social media content
- Published thank-you posts and facilitated ongoing engagement after the event
The Results
Webinar attendance increased, while the internal marketing team reported significantly reduced stress and admin time. Each event now had a life beyond the Zoom room – with blog content, LinkedIn discussions, and video snippets helping to amplify key messages for weeks after the webinar ended.
Ongoing Impact / Lessons Learned
Treating webinars as full-scale campaigns – not just one-off events – transforms their impact. By streamlining the end-to-end process, we created consistency and scalability. The client now runs webinars more frequently, knowing the workload is handled.
