BeKonstructive partnered with a leadership development and HR consultancy to improve their visibility, engagement and audience growth on LinkedIn.

While the client was already posting consistently, their content wasn’t reaching beyond their immediate network.

Over a four-month period, we transformed their LinkedIn presence through strategic content optimisation, branded visual templates and engagement engineering. The result was a 59.9% increase in impressions, a 91.6% increase in reactions, a 32.8% increase in followers, and a 183.5% growth in average engagement rate – turning low-visibility posting into high-performing thought leadership.

The Challenge

When we started working with this client, they were already doing many of the right things.

They were showing up on LinkedIn consistently, sharing valuable insights, and contributing thoughtfully to conversations in the leadership and HR space.

But despite the effort, their content just wasn’t getting seen.

In a highly competitive industry, their reach was largely limited to the founders and their immediate networks. Engagement was low, and their posts weren’t cutting through in a fast-moving LinkedIn feed filled with consultants, coaches and leadership experts all competing for attention.

The content itself had strong foundations. The ideas were relevant and insightful, but two key issues were holding it back:

  • The posts were too wordy. Each post tried to communicate too much at once, making them harder to digest quickly in-feed.
  • The visual presentation lacked consistency. While the fonts and colours were on-brand, every post used a different layout and template, creating a fragmented visual identity that reduced recognition and recall.

We started with social listening to understand what their audience cared about, the language they used, the questions they were asking, and the themes gaining traction in the leadership and HR space.

This allowed us to create content that felt timely, relevant and genuinely useful.

Content Optimisation & Brand Templates

We refined the client’s existing ideas into clearer, more concise posts that were easy to scan and quick to engage with.

We also introduced branded content templates to create a consistent, recognisable visual identity in-feed. Their previously text-heavy posts were repurposed into carousels and short-form videos to improve readability and retention.

Engagement Engineering

Posting is only half the equation. The real visibility on LinkedIn happens in the comments.

We actively engineered engagement by:

  • Initiating conversations in the comments
  • Responding promptly to every interaction
  • Encouraging discussion through questions and thoughtful replies

This signalled relevance to the algorithm and created genuine two-way conversations with their audience.
