Monthly Content Marketing Bundles

We start each month with a planning session with you to discuss any trending topics in your industry as well as any major news or projects you’ve been working on.

At the end of this meeting we will have confirmed the topics for the two articles as well as the eight social media posts.

The second step is to collect all of the information we need to create the content. In some instances, this may require us to conduct research for informative and education-based content.

It may also require us to interview someone from within your organisation to collect information for a case study, industry insights, or other types of content where the information is not readily available online.

Once you have approved your content (nothing goes ‘live’ without your written approval), our team will schedule and publish the content.

We use industry software and tools to identify the best days and times to publish your content to increase engagement, as well as the best hashtags to accompany your social media posts.

We track the performance of your content throughout the month and provide a simple report at the end of the month. The report will tell you which content performed the best in terms of key metrics like reach and engagement.

We will use the reporting to provide some insights and recommendations which we then implement in the planning stages of your content for the coming month.

In this way, we are continuously using our past performance to improve our future performance.

Our monthly content marketing bundles start at $1,200 ex gst. 

By bundling our content marketing deliverables together and creating your content in batches, we are able to create efficiencies that enable us to provide high-quality content at a reduced price.

By bundling blogs, social media posts, and email marketing into a set of monthly deliverables, we are providing a cost saving of at least $480 per month – that is a saving of $5,760 annually!

We pride ourselves on keeping things simple:

• There is no lock-in contract or minimum term – this is a month-by-month service.
• We take payment for the new month upfront, and then deliver the content throughout the month.
• If you’re happy with the service then we put you on a recurring invoice.
• You are free to pause or cancel the service at any time – just put it in writing that you want to finish up at the end of the month. We will then complete the current content cycle we’re in. We do not provide refunds for mid-month cancellations.

We optimise all content for the platform it is being published on – whether that is SEO for your website, or hashtags for your social media posts.

Our copywriters are all trained in writing SEO content. All blogs will be written in line with SEO best practices, and if you’d like us to target specific keywords or include specific internal links for your SEO campaigns, you just need to let us know and we will incorporate your requirements.

The main social media platforms that we work with include LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. We will publish your content to as many of these channels as you wish – although please note that the content will be the same on each channel.

We can work with some other social media channels as well including TikTok, Twitter / X, Snapchat, and Pinterest – however these require a custom quote as the process of creating content for these channels varies significantly.

This is our base content marketing package. If you would like to add additional articles, social media content, email newsletters or other deliverables to your package, then we can create a custom package with these add-ons for you.

The management of your social media channels is NOT included in this package.

That means that we do not reply to comments or manage the messages in your social media inboxes for you as part of this service.

If you would like us to manage your social media comments and messages then we can add this onto your package for an additional cost. This starts at an additional $200 ex gst – but will vary depending on how many channels you require and the size of your audience.
